Litigation and Arbitration

Starting out advising on corporate and commercial law, Chadha & Co. expanded to become a full service law firm as the needs of our clients grew along with their businesses. Accordingly, our litigation practice is at a strategic and advisory level and focuses on corporate, commercial and contractual disputes including shareholder and joint venture disputes, disputes relating to commercial contracts, construction and real estate contracts, licensing contracts, technology transfer and other commercial contracts. We also assist our clients with other dispute resolution mechanisms such as out-of-court and negotiated settlements, international as well as domestic arbitrations. The firm has represented several international clients before Indian courts in matters of cross-border disputes and rendered advice on international treaties and procedural civil laws.
