Manila is a Principal Associate in the firm having over 15 years of experience. She is a member of the firms labour and employment practice, and advises clients on employment contracts, policies such as employees’ handbook/ service rules/ HR manual/ sexual harassment policy etc. She has conducted many training workshops of ICC members and employees under the anti sexual harassment law of India. Manila has handled diverse corporate and commercial transactions involving structuring deals, rending advisory, drafting/ vetting of commercial agreements, conducting due diligence of companies, legal auditing, liaison with various government and non-government authorities and agencies, with a specific emphasis on labour and employment and real estate issues. She has appeared before various High Courts/arbitrators and handled dispute resolution matters. Her practice also involves estate planning, commercial real estate work and immigration advisory.
