He has rendered extensive advice on foreign direct investments, joint venture and technology collaboration transactions including advice on adequate protections that should be taken by joint venture partners and on handling disputes between joint venture partners. He has advised many multinational clients operating in a wide variety of business sectors on structuring their investments into India, and assisted them with obtaining relevant regulatory and foreign investment approvals.
