Our internship programs give bright and ambitious students from top law schools the opportunity to learn more about what a career in corporate law can offer. Our interns work on real projects and are mentored by experienced lawyers, getting the true feel of the Chadha & Co. experience and the life of a corporate lawyer.

Interns are assigned to client projects and given responsibility for particular portions of the work. They participate in team meetings and interact with clients, experiencing the day-to-day work of lawyers. The work offers opportunities for interaction not only with Chadha & Co.’s team, but also with senior client leaders. 
  
Lasting for one to three months, an internship is an ideal “mutual fit” assessment—as you get to know the world of corporate law, Chadha & Co. also gets to know you. By attending training sessions, working on matters with other lawyers, and participating in office social events, interns can get to know the people they may one day work with at Chadha & Co.
